Khalaf Badez Mohamed, a 23-year-old Black man, tragically lost his life on November 12, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio. He was found suffering from gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at Riverside Methodist Hospital at 1:18 a.m. Police believe his death is connected to gunshots heard in the area of Kenny Road and Henderson Road around 11:45 p.m. the previous night. This incident marked the 92nd homicide in Columbus that year.
