Melvin Wayne Peters, a 64-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 30, 2019, in Akron, Ohio. He was found in his bedroom with a gunshot wound to his back. The incident occurred at a home on Cordova Avenue, where Peters was visiting his girlfriend, who was the mother of the suspect.
