Terell Devon McGraw, a 28-year-old male of African American ethnicity from Lima, Ohio, tragically passed away on February 4, 2020. He was one of three victims in a triple homicide that occurred at a downtown Lima bar called Levels Lounge. The incident took place early in the morning, and McGraw was found deceased inside the establishment along with another victim, Devontae Upshaw, 24, also from Lima. A third victim, Timothy White, 25, was discovered on the sidewalk outside the bar.
