Cierra Danae Morris, a 25-year-old African American woman from Youngstown, OH, tragically lost her life on February 29, 2020. She was fatally shot at her home on West Judson Street during what police described as a domestic dispute. Cierra's father, Leroy Morris, also died in the incident while trying to protect her.
