On December 26, 1996, the body of Jacqueline Rowe, aged 35, was discovered in a garage located in the 700 block of Park Avenue in Youngstown, Ohio. Jacqueline had been reported missing earlier that year, on July 1, by her daughter Patricia. The body was found by a landlord in a state of decomposition, hidden beneath a large box. Due to the condition of the remains, the cause of death was ruled as undetermined, and many details of what happened to Jacqueline remain a mystery to this day.
