Hallie North, a 67-year-old woman from Youngstown, OH, was tragically found shot to death in her home on October 26, 2018. Hallie was a homemaker and a cook at Garlands BBQ. She was also a seasonal worker for the Canfield Fairgrounds. Hallie's death was part of a double homicide, as her son, Jamell North, aged 40, was also found shot dead in the same residence.
