Kevin Douglas Cartwright, a 32-year-old male from Youngstown, OH, was tragically killed on April 23, 2020. He was found shot to death on Nelson Avenue on the East Side of Youngstown, alongside another victim, Joseph Digiacomo, who was also 32 years old. The case remains unsolved, and no arrests have been made.
