Alexis Rivera-Ramos, a 40-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, was found dead in the early morning hours of Monday, August 28, 2023. His body was discovered under a vehicle in the first block of South Bruce Street on the East Side of Youngstown.

The Youngstown Police Department responded to a call of shots fired in the area. Upon arrival, they found Rivera-Ramos deceased at the scene. The Mahoning County Coroner's Office was called to investigate and officially identified the victim. ...
