Dalan Hardin Oulds-Wellman, a 21-year-old Black male, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2020, in Columbus, Ohio. He was fatally shot outside the Story Lounge nightclub on East 5th Avenue around 2:12 AM. Oulds-Wellman and another victim were found suffering from gunshot wounds and were transported to Grant Medical Center, where Oulds-Wellman was pronounced dead at 3:37 PM.
