Christopher Alan Haycook, a 33-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 31, 2020. He was found in a vehicle suffering from a gunshot wound in the 700 block of E. Jenkins Avenue, after a shooting occurred in southeast Columbus. Haycook was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition but was pronounced dead shortly before 12:30 a.m. The suspected shooter remained at the scene and awaited police arrival.
