On March 11, 2023, Richard Carr, a 62-year-old man from Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot in an incident that has drawn significant attention. At approximately 3:46 PM, police responded to reports of a shooting in the 1800 block of Lockbourne Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Carr suffering from gunshot wounds.
