The incident occurred at approximately 6:21 AM when the Columbus Division of Police received a call about a shooting at 5519 Leigh Run Court. Upon arrival, they found Ahmed Nur Osman, who was then transported to Doctor's Hospital but was pronounced deceased upon arrival.
The case remains unsolved, and the Columbus Police Department, along with the Ohio Attorney General's Office,
continues to investigate. Despite extensive efforts, no arrests have been made, and no suspects have been publicly identified. The investigation is part of the Homicide Cold Case Unit Archive, and law enforcement agencies have repeatedly called for anyone with information to come forward.
