On October 1, 2020, 19-year-old Neqwon M. Williams was fatally shot in north Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred in front of a residence on East 21st Avenue following an argument. After being shot, Neqwon Williams was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. This tragic event marked the 117th homicide in Columbus for that year.
