Cherod D. Houchins, a 21-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically passed away on July 28, 2014. He was fatally shot at a home on Stevens Avenue in the Franklinton neighborhood. The incident was part of a double homicide, with Robert D. Bass, 22, also losing his life in the same incident.

The investigation revealed that the shooting was orchestrated by Roshawn L. Agee, a state prison inmate serving time for a drug conviction. Agee arranged the shooting through his girlfriend, Sophia Chi ...
