On October 7, 2020, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Columbus police officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 5000 block of Arborwood Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 26-year-old Dontey Jacquce Wiley, an African American male, lying in the middle of the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital, where he was pronounced dead an hour later.
