Andrea Randle, a 32-year-old woman from Cleveland, OH, tragically lost her life on January 13, 2021. The incident occurred in the Glenville neighborhood when a man stole her cellphone from a convenience store. Determined to retrieve her phone, Andrea chased the thief for about three blocks until he turned and shot her once in the head. She was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital. The shooter remains unidentified and at large.
