Caleb Andrew Day, a 19-year-old male from Columbus, Ohio, tragically passed away on March 6, 2021. Initially reported as an accidental shooting, the incident occurred at a residence on Bolton Avenue in East Columbus. Witnesses claimed that Day was handling a firearm when it discharged, but evidence suggested otherwise.
