Jonathan Peralta, a 19-year-old resident of Pacoima, California, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2022. The incident occurred in the evening around 6:40 p.m. while Peralta and a female companion were traveling in a northbound Honda Civic on Sutter Avenue. As they passed through the area, an assailant emerged from parked vehicles and opened fire on their car.
