Christopher Mark Garcia, a 26-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2021, in Pacoima, California. The incident occurred near the northbound off-ramp of the 5 Freeway at Terra Bella Street. According to reports, Garcia was fatally shot by law enforcement officers. The sequence of events leading to his death began when police observed Garcia allegedly driving recklessly on side streets in Pacoima around 10 a.m. on that Monday.
