Christopher Mark Garcia, a 26-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on June 28, 2021, in Pacoima, California. The incident occurred near the northbound off-ramp of the 5 Freeway at Terra Bella Street. According to reports, Garcia was fatally shot by law enforcement officers.
