Gregorio O. Cruz, a 59-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2021, in Columbus, Ohio. On that fateful morning, around 8:11 a.m., Columbus Police Department officers responded to a shooting incident at the intersection of Sullivant Avenue and South Richardson Avenue. Upon arrival, they found Mr. Cruz inside a vehicle, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to Grant Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
