Laquam J. Gratsy, a 23-year-old male from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on January 30, 2017. He was killed in a shooting incident at a home on the 200 block of South Ogden Avenue in the Hilltop area. The incident occurred shortly after 7 PM, and Gratsy was fatally shot during what appeared to be a robbery.
