On the night of April 13, 2021, Abdoul Aziz Kane, a 21-year-old Black man, was fatally shot at Eagle Fuel, located at 3851 E. Livingston Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. The incident occurred around 1:02 AM when Columbus Police Officers responded to a report of two people being shot. Upon arrival, they found a vehicle that had crashed into a utility pole at the intersection of E. Livingston Avenue and Courtright Road.
