Mr. Tavares Antjuan Clay, a 37-year-old African American male from Lima, Ohio, tragically passed away on June 7, 2021, at approximately 6:44 a.m. at St. Rita's Medical Center. He was born on August 10, 1983, and was a 2001 graduate of Lima Senior High School, where he was a member of the basketball team. Tavares worked with Master Maintenance in Lima and was well-loved by his family and friends.
