Daymar Carlisle, a 14-year-old African American boy from Columbus, OH, tragically lost his life on September 13, 2021. He was shot in the city's north side around 10:03 p.m. and later succumbed to his injuries at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of Arlington Avenue. Daymar was known to be a smart, happy, and outgoing individual, deeply loved by his family and friends.
