Kellie Irene Drollinger, a 34-year-old woman from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on October 30, 2021. She was an innocent bystander who was fatally shot during an out-of-control Halloween party on Elberon Avenue near West 8th Street. Kellie was not part of the party but happened to be in the vicinity when the shooting occurred. She was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
