Briggett Renee Carter, a 56-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost her life on April 10, 2020. She was one of four victims in a double homicide case that shocked the community. The other victims were William Bowen III, 28, Michael Eves, 47, and Tasia Mason, 35. The suspect, Alto Miles, a 42-year-old man with a history of drug trafficking and weapons possession, was arrested shortly after the incident.
