Dina M. Mosley, a 48-year-old African American woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically lost her life on November 23, 2017. She was shot and killed in the 7500 block of Reading Road around 10:45 p.m. on Thanksgiving night. Mosley had spent most of the holiday with her family, and her death has left a significant impact on her loved ones.
