Jessica England, a 32-year-old woman from Cincinnati, OH, tragically died on September 2, 2020. She was found dead in the basement of her home on Hunter Avenue in Norwood, Ohio, alongside William Waters, 45, who was later determined to have died by suicide. The Hamilton County Coroner's Office preliminarily declared Jessica's death a homicide, and the Norwood Police Department is investigating the incident as a possible murder-suicide.
