Lacey Florence, a 28-year-old woman from Cincinnati, Ohio, tragically passed away on December 19, 2021. She was involved in a fatal shooting incident that occurred in the East Price Hill neighborhood. According to police reports, Lacey was shot during a verbal altercation with Jwan McCloud, a 20-year-old man from East Price Hill.
