Kaitlyn Ashley Lynch, a 36-year-old mother of two from Cincinnati, Ohio, was tragically found dead on August 19, 2023, in Cheatham County, Tennessee. Her body was discovered inside her own vehicle after a police chase involving Lance Mason Miller, a 32-year-old man from Abbott, Texas. The events leading to her death began late on the night of August 18, when neighbors reported hearing gunshots at Lynch's residence in Westwood, Cincinnati.
