Ebony Hedges, a 38-year-old woman, tragically lost her life on November 6, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was shot multiple times while seated in her car parked on Montgomery Road near the border of Kennedy Heights and Silverton. According to police reports, a man approached her vehicle and fired several rounds before fleeing the scene on foot.
