Vicki Waters, aged 42, was tragically killed on October 12, 2001, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident occurred at 1278 Quebec Road, the residence of Frank Drees, who was also a victim in this double homicide. On the night of their deaths, Vicki and Frank had been out at a local bar enjoying themselves when they were confronted by Vicki's ex-boyfriend, which led to a heated argument. The situation was eventually diffused, and the ex-boyfriend was kicked out of the establishment.
