On July 12, 2024, a shooting incident occurred in the rear parking lot behind the Avondale Town Center, located in the 3500 block of Reading Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. The incident, which took place around 2:30 a.m., resulted in two women being shot.

Nyema Norton, 29, was one of the victims of this shooting. She was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment. However, despite medical efforts, Norton succumbed to her injuries on August 26, 2024, more than six ...
