Devon Cortez Fletcher, aged 28, was fatally shot on August 13, 2015, in St. Louis, Missouri. The shooting took place in the 6000 block of Shulte Avenue, where Devon was among a group of people gathered outdoors. A gold or tan Chevy Silverado drove by, and occupants of the vehicle opened fire on the group. Devon was shot and later succumbed to gunshot wounds to his abdomen.
