On a cool autumn evening in St. Louis, the life of 39-year-old Andrew Wesley was cut short by gunfire. On November 11, 2016, a call reporting shots fired sent police rushing to the 5000 block of Emerson Avenue. There, on the sidewalk, they found Wesley suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to an area hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
