Chelsey Jones, a 26-year-old woman from Akron, Ohio, tragically died on July 5, 2022, after being shot in the head by a bullet that came through the front window of her home. The incident occurred on the night of July 4th, while she was sitting on the couch watching TV. Her boyfriend, Michael Hartney, discovered her lying in a pool of blood and immediately called for an ambulance. Jones was taken to Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
