Justin Brown, a 21-year-old male from Dayton, OH, tragically died on July 6, 2022, following a shooting incident. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. in the 1700 block of West Riverview Avenue. According to dispatch records, a 911 caller reported that her boyfriend had been shot and wasn't breathing. Justin was pronounced dead at the scene.
