On August 18, 2022, 19-year-old Sincere Moore, a Black male from Columbus, Ohio, was fatally shot while attending a memorial for another victim, 21-year-old Lavarr Madison, who had been killed just three days earlier on the same street. Moore was sitting next to the memorial in the front yard of a house on South Ashburton Road when an unidentified person approached and shot him multiple times. Despite being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, Moore succumbed to his injuries on August 2 ...
