On August 21, 2022, 19-year-old Skyler Miller from Toronto, OH, tragically died after being shot in the head at a house party. The incident occurred at a home on West Fernwood Avenue, where a party was taking place. According to Jefferson County Prosecutor Jane Hanlin, the shooting was the result of a game of Russian roulette played with a loaded revolver while the participants were drinking.
