Troy Donald, a 34-year-old man from Cincinnati, OH, was fatally shot on May 31, 2017. He was found inside a white sedan that had crashed into a stone wall at the intersection of Fairmount Avenue and Saturn Street. According to Cincinnati Police Lt.
