Alias Phillips, a 24-year-old aspiring musician, was tragically shot and killed on March 17, 2022, outside an Oakley Target in Cincinnati, OH. Phillips had recently moved back to Cincinnati to help his mother with health issues and was shopping with his siblings when the incident occurred. Witnesses reported that a man confronted Phillips and his family inside the store, and later shot Phillips in the parking lot as they exited.
