On September 7, 2019, 21-year-old Darius Gibson, a male of African American ethnicity, was tragically shot and killed in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was brought to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center by a private vehicle around 5:30 p.m., but was pronounced dead upon arrival due to gunshot wounds. The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit launched an investigation into Gibson's death, but the location of the shooting and information about any suspects have not been disclosed.
