Quandavier Hicks, a 22-year-old African American man, was fatally shot by Cincinnati police officers on June 9, 2015. The incident occurred in Hicks' Northside apartment, where officers responded to a call about Hicks allegedly threatening to kill a couple after being accused of stealing from their home.
