Ja'Bez Giovanni "Luciano" Battle, a 19-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2022, in Columbus, OH. He was found with a gunshot wound on the 4000 block of Refugee Road and was later pronounced dead at Mount Carmel East Hospital.
