On the morning of July 17, 2013, Roy Kelly III, a 29-year-old man, was following his daily routine, heading out to grab a morning cup of coffee. As he drove through the intersection of Bentler and Fargo on Detroit's northwest side, his life was tragically cut short when he was robbed and fatally shot.
