John Coffie Jr., aged 76, was one of the victims in a tragic mass shooting that occurred on August 6, 2022, in Detroit, Michigan. The incident took place at a known drug house located in the 13800 block of Saratoga Street. According to reports, Jony Saad Alatto, a 32-year-old man from Macomb Township, entered the house and, after a brief interaction, began shooting the occupants. Coffie was shot in the arm and later died from complications related to his injuries.
