Shirley Ann Harper Arrowood, a 58-year-old woman of Caucasian ethnicity from Rutherfordton, North Carolina, tragically passed away on May 28, 2006, in McDowell County, North Carolina. Her death was reported by the Asheville Citizen-Times, and she was laid to rest at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in McDowell County.
