LeRoy Jernigan, a 41-year-old man from Raleigh, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on June 3, 2006, while working as a cleaning contractor at the Circus Restaurant on Wake Forest Road. Jernigan, a husband and father of two, was known for his big personality and generous heart, always helping those in need.
