Quentin Judd, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot at an apartment complex in Raleigh, North Carolina, on August 27, 2017. The incident occurred at the Vie at Raleigh apartments, located at 5903 Wolf Glen Court, around 3:15 a.m. when officers responded to a noise complaint about a large party. Judd, a former basketball player at Shaw University, was found in a breezeway suffering from gunshot wounds and was transported to WakeMed, where he later died.
