In the late summer of 2013, the life of Robert Lee Elsberry III, a 33-year-old African American man from Detroit, Michigan, was tragically cut short. On August 21, 2013, Elsberry was killed at 17517 Woodingham in Detroit. His death was the result of a homicide, and to this day, the case remains unsolved.
Robert, who was born on Christmas Day in 1979, was a graduate of Osborn High School. He was known to have recently embraced his faith and was actively encouraging others to do the same. T
